1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.ascendz.inor engaging services provided by Ascendz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Ascendz”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Ascendz Technologies provides software development, IT hardware solutions, website development, mobile application development, ERP systems, CMS platforms, and related technology services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in a separate project agreement or Statement of Work signed by both parties prior to commencement.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed software, designs, and client-specific deliverables are fully transferred to the client. Ascendz retains the right to use general methodologies, reusable frameworks, and open-source libraries in future projects.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or commercially sensitive information shared during a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement for a period of two years. Neither party will disclose the other's confidential information without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ascendz Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve months.

7. Warranty & Support

We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty on all software deliverables following the agreed launch date. Issues attributable to our development work will be resolved at no additional charge within this period.

8. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not transmit unsolicited communications, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content for commercial purposes, or engage in conduct that could damage or impair our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are communicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
